AbbeyRoss recently acquired for clients the former HSBC premises comprising a total of 200,000 sq ft at 3-5 Wood Hill and during 2009 has secured planning for change of use to restaurant on the ground floor and completed lettings on 15 year leases to Nandos and Prezzo Plc. A further letting has been completed of the first floor offices to Office Angels. The entire building is now fully let.
