Developments in legislation and case law affecting the drafting of certain standard clauses may not initially appear to have any implication on rent reviews so beware!


For the 2005 & 2010 rating revaluation we have been retained on appeals and have carried out other rating related work principally throughout Northamptonshire and the surrounding counties.
